Each year, Cookie Time delivers one of New Zealand’s most recognisable seasonal campaigns — the Christmas Cookies programme, where hundreds of sellers take to streets, workplaces, and communities nationwide to sell iconic cookie buckets. To support this large-scale, decentralised sales operation, iPadHire NZ worked with Cookie Time to provide a reliable, scalable mobile technology solution — enabling sellers to process payments and orders seamlessly in real time.

The Challenge

The Christmas Cookies programme operates across multiple towns and cities simultaneously, with sellers often working independently in high-traffic public locations.

Cookie Time required a solution that would:
